Saturday 9am – 12pm: Intrinsic Goodness: A morning of heart opening backbends.
We start with the perspective that we are intrinsically good. We have learned to be strong and loving holding ourselves steady. Through conversation, upbeat and energetic asana we’ll explore the foundation of your steadfast goodness.

Saturday 3-5pm: The Truth will set you free: An afternoon of seated twists, forward bends, and hip openers.
A contemplative afternoon of where we will explore how the truth is the gateway to your freedom. Through this afternoons meditation, pranayama and deep seated asana your real truth will unfold.

Sunday 9am-12pm: Diving into the blissful sea of Beauty: A morning practice of of energetic arm balances, standing poses, inversions and surprises.
Get ready to to set sail on an ocean that has no shores, one so uplifting that your heart will be riding the waves. Join us as we unfold in a rockin shakti filled class.
Note from Peter and Primo after the launch of The Bliss Brothers in Southwest Harbor, Maine:
We arrived Southwest Harbor, Maine to a most magnificent welcome by our hosts. About 30 were pre-registered to play Aug 22 and 23 for 8 hours of yoga filled with the Goodness, Truth and the Beauty of life. At the end of our 8 hours of teaching over 2 days and 3 classes we explored with 140 students.
Hurricane Bill was scheduled to arrive on our last day. it was raining hard in the wee hours of the morning. We did not talk of getting stuck and not being able to depart. Primo and I (Peter) arrived to the venue with the Shakti of John Friends light. the room was at capacity. we were fired and ready to ROCK……9 am was the start and by 10 am we moved Hurricane Bill to another land as the sun decided to peek through and join in our journey.
This was a beautiful most special weekend for us. from the bottom of our hearts we send thanks to ALL who attended, helped, and wanted to be there with us.
