The Bliss Brothers Shake Up Brooklyn!
A bliss filled practice of energetic arm balances, standing poses, back bends and inversions.
Grace speaks through our heart. She connects us to our deeper self through our practice. The heart helps us along the heroic journey and brings forth who we are and what we might be. It is by going down into the abyss of the heart that we recover the treasures of our life.
All levels are welcome. our offering will be offering from our hearts filled with the shakti of love. we will explore a variety of poses with variations for those that wish to dive deeper. We weave our teaching so while one is teaching the other is offering manual adjustments to enhance the level of your practice.
